Delivery Charges

Q: How much do I get charged for Delivery Costs?
A: A flat fee of $10 is charged for all deliveries throughout Australia.

Q: What does this charge cover and who delivers my package?
A: The delivery charge covers packaging, handling and registration to ensure 100% locatable coverage on purchases. Power Tennis uses Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for delivery.

Payment Options

Q: How do I pay for my purchases?
A: When you have finished shopping and enter the CHECKOUT you will be asked to create your account. The information you provide is what we will use to get your parcel delivered to you. You will only have to fill this information log in once. It is quick and easy.

Q: What Payment methods can I use?

Visa or Mastercard: By clicking on the PayPal selection this will take you to the credit card facility.

Please note that you DO NOT need a Paypal account to activate this method. We chose to use PayPal as our payment facility because of their award winning presence in the E-Commerce payment field. PayPal uses the World´s most advanced proprietry fraud prevention systems to ensure our customers security and piece of mind.

Direct Deposit: If you wish to pay via Bank Transfer just click on the Direct Deposit banner and our banking details will appear. When you make your deposit into our account please make sure you put your name as the reference so we know it was you! This method will slow down your delivery depending on your bank.

Cheque / Money Order: Clicking on the Cheque banner will allow our details to appear so you can send us your cheque or Money Order. Purchases will be packed upon clearance of funds. This Process will slow down delivery speed.

Q: Do I get a receipt?
A: You sure do. All deliveries will be packed with an invoice / receipt. G.S.T. Inclusive.
